• Billing data includes your plan, credit activity, and payment status. Stripe handles card details.

• Technical data can include IP addresses and server logs needed to run and protect the service.
• With your consent, PostHog receives page paths, product actions, browser details, IP address, and your account ID after login.

Why we use data

We use account and workspace data to provide the service under our agreement with you.

We use billing data to provide paid features and meet accounting duties.

We use technical data to protect the service and resolve faults. This supports our legitimate interests.

We use support messages to answer your requests. We use PostHog analytics only with your consent.

Service providers

Stripe handles checkout and payments. Resend sends account and contact emails. Google handles optional Google sign-in.

Google Gemini and fal.ai can process text or images when you request AI tools.

PostHog EU Cloud receives analytics data only after you accept analytics.

Hosting and storage providers keep the service and your saved work available.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Email us for current provider and transfer details.

How long we keep data

We keep data while needed for your account, legal duties, and service security.

Retention depends on the data type and the reason for keeping it.
