Your account
Give accurate account details and keep your login information secure.
You are responsible for activity in your account. Contact us if you think someone has accessed it without permission.
Your work
You keep your rights to content you upload. You must have permission to use that content.
You allow us to process your content to provide storage, editing, generation, and export features.
AI results can contain errors. Check the accuracy and rights of content before you publish it.
Acceptable use
Do not use PostPilot to break the law, harm others, or infringe their rights.
Do not try to bypass security controls or disrupt the service.
Plans, credits, and payments
Current prices, billing periods, and credit allowances appear on the Pricing page and at checkout.
Subscriptions renew until you cancel them. You can manage billing from your account settings.
Paid AI actions use credits at the rates shown in the service.
Stripe handles payment details. Taxes may apply at checkout.
Contact us about billing errors or refund requests. Your mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Service changes
We may change features to maintain or improve PostPilot.
We will update these terms when important rules change.
